Our In house Manufacturing & warehouse facilities spread across 10,00sqft + area has given us the ability to invest in technology from time to time and create a state-of-the-art unit fully operational with the latest equipment for cutting, polishing, stitching and finishing of Leather Products. We have developed unique processes to ‘value engineer’ products to be globally competitive whilst ensuring delivery of certified quality.
Our Trained craftsmen coupled with technology has helped in standardizing products variants whilst being able to craft ‘customized’ forms with a value engineered process.
Leather
Our principles of Ethically Sourced Leather & constant investment in upgrading the skill set with modern manufacturing equipment coupled with specialized in-house processes have bought us competitive edge. They have enabled us to deliver a collection of leather goods that are both beautifully designed and ethically crafted.
We deal in a variety of leather qualities to produce more cost effective as well as trendier range of products. We source quite extensive range of leather and are capable to produce leather products from a wide variety –Napa leather to PU. All leathers used by us are PCP, TeCP, Azo-Dye and Chrome-6 free which are tested by certified 3rd party labs in addition to our in-house facilities.
Our Process control mandates that all sourced leather stocks are stored in temperature & humidity controlled warehouse. The resultant finished products are de-humidified to eliminate all fungal and protect from natural leather detrition. The products that ship out of our facility go through quality checks at every stage to qualify and satisfy all norms under R.E.A.C.H.
PROCESS
Products of Bhav Creations are hand crafted with immense care. We blend age old parasites and classic techniques with modern technology blending it with our own little homegrown tools to achieve process consistency within each step of production. Further, we perform a final QC, then hold our each stage and its processes traceable by having each provide their report prior to stage wise inspections. Lots that need corrections are reworked to match Quality parameters.
MACHINERY & WORKFORCE
To meet the global demand of increasingly high standard, our plant, managed by highly skilled staff, is semi-automated, right from cutting to final production. All its state-of-art machineries, from clicking, splitting, skiving, embossing, polishing, board cutting to flat-bed, cylindrical-head and post-bed sewing machines are imported from Germany, Italy and the Far-East or purchased from reputed dealers and manufacturers in India. Besides, leather cutting, pasting, creasing etc is also done by hand by highly experienced workers.
The latest line production technology is employed with the help of a skilled workforce of 200. Around 1000 bags and 40,000 small leather goods are produced every month.
